Scheduling
All new facilities are carefully assessed and cleaning schedules are formulated. These schedules make our staffs fully aware which areas are to be cleaned and what professional cleaning chemicals need to be used.
Checklist
As a timely follow-up and review to our cleaning schedules, we implement the procedural checklist to make sure schedules are adhered to and accommodating any new requirements and adjustments.
Log book
A tradesman's logbook is available at every site to enable the effective communication between the client, cleaners and corresponding L & J care service supervisor to ensure the tasks are properly accomplished.
Q.C Manager Inspections
Our quality control manager is to ensure that quality performance levels are in place, and to inspect all sites on a daily/weekly basis (per area/task). Regular Inspection and review are implemented in order to delivery high quality services.
Audit Reports
As a part of overall quality control procedure, general audit reports are returned to senior management for assessment and review, and final performance reports are generated and delivered to the client in a timely manner.
